This is our commitment to you: when you invest in our service, your investment is protected, and you have clear recourse if we fall short.
All leads we deliver are verified, genuine, and actively looking to invest in Dubai’s real estate market. Leads are sent directly to you through our CRM, where they can be tracked and managed. If any lead is unresponsive — meaning you receive no reply after at least three documented follow-up attempts — or if it contains incorrect details, we will replace it in your next lead batch at no cost to you.
We guarantee a minimum of 80% lead fulfillment each month for all plans: 12 out of 15 leads for Elite Broker, 24 out of 30 for Power Broker, 16 out of 20 for Villa Broker, and 20 out of 25 for Penthouse Broker. If this threshold is not met, you may choose between a proportional partial refund of your subscription fee or supplementary leads in the following month to make up for the shortfall. To claim this remedy, you must submit your request within seven days after the subscription month ends through our official support channels.
A key condition of this policy is our 6-hour lead response requirement. To maintain the value of each lead and ensure eligibility for any replacement or refund, you must make your first contact with every lead within six hours of its delivery in our CRM. Acceptable contact methods include phone calls, WhatsApp messages, or email — anything that initiates a genuine, documented dialogue. Our data shows that brokers who follow this rule are four times more likely to close deals, which is why leads that are not contacted within this time frame will not qualify for refund or replacement.
We also stand by our No-Deal, 50% Money-Back Assurance. If you do not close a single deal within 60 days of receiving leads, you may request a refund of 50% of your most recent month’s subscription fee. To be eligible, you must provide proof of active follow-ups — such as WhatsApp conversation logs, call logs, or email correspondence — and submit your claim within five days after the 60-day period ends.
Our Refund Guarantee is built on trust and fairness. All claims are reviewed by our quality assurance team, and we expect brokers to act in good faith by responding promptly to leads and making genuine efforts to close deals. Abuse of the policy, including repeated refund requests without valid cause or failure to engage with leads, may result in denial of future claims and possible termination of your subscription.
By subscribing to any GoDubai.Estate broker plan, you agree to the terms of this Refund Guarantee as part of your overall subscription agreement. This policy operates in accordance with UAE law, and any disputes will be handled in accordance with our Terms & Conditions. We reserve the right to amend the policy, with changes taking effect 30 days after notice is provided via our website or official communications.
