These Terms and Conditions apply to all Developers, Real Estate Companies, Brokers, and Individual Property Owners (“Submitters”) who submit properties or projects for publication on GoDubai.Estate (“Platform”). By submitting any property or project, you agree to the following terms:
Listings may be submitted by developers, real estate agencies, licensed brokers, or individual property owners. By submitting a listing, you confirm that you have the full legal rights and authorization to publish the property or project information.
All listings are premium and include enhanced features such as displaying the submitter’s name or company, contact information, a full developer profile, five‑year project investment statistics, priority placement, direct lead routing, and access to tools like the Broker Script Generator. For listings submitted by private property owners, investment statistics will not be shown, and the content will follow the standardized institutional template provided by GoDubai.Estate.
All listings must be submitted through the official form on GoDubai.Estate. After submission, you will receive confirmation and be directed to the payment gateway. Listings will be published only after our team’s quality review and payment confirmation.
Payments for listings can be made as a one‑time payment for one month or as a recurring monthly subscription that is automatically billed until cancelled. Recurring payments are deducted from the payment method on file. Submitters with multiple properties may increase the quantity during checkout. Payments are processed securely through PayPal, and GoDubai.Estate does not store raw card details.
Refunds requested after 24 hours are not accepted. Refunds requested within 24 hours will incur a 30% processing deduction, and the remaining 70% will be returned within 7 business days. No refunds apply once a listing has been reviewed, published, or customized by our team.
All submitter details and generated lead information are handled with strict security protocols. Confidential data is not kept entirely third-party free; rather, it is securely shared with authorized advisors and assigned professionals to facilitate necessary consultation services and maximize your property’s potential.
Submitters must provide accurate and truthful information, ensure property ownership or authorized representation, and submit only original, non‑copyrighted materials. You must update GoDubai.Estate immediately if property details change or become invalid. You also accept that GoDubai.Estate may edit formatting, grammar, layout, and structure of submitted text to maintain platform standards.
GoDubai.Estate reserves the right to approve or reject any submission, modify listing formats for consistency, remove inaccurate or non‑compliant listings, reorganize listing placement without notice, and refuse service to duplicate or suspicious submitters.
GoDubai.Estate is not responsible for the accuracy of information submitted, disputes between buyers, sellers, or agents, or property availability and compliance. Submitters are fully liable for the content and media they provide.
