1. Who can submit properties or projects?

Developers, real estate companies, brokers, and property owners can submit their projects or properties to GoDubai.Estate.

2. What types of listings are available?

3. How do I submit my property?

Use the official Property Submission Form on GoDubai.Estate. After submission, your project will be reviewed by our team.

4. How long does it take for my listing to be published?

  • Free Listings: 2–5 business days after evaluation and approval.
  • Standard or Lead Accelerator Listings: 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

5. Can I submit multiple properties or projects?

Yes. For Standard and Lead Accelerator Listings, you may select multiple quantities during checkout. Each project receives its own paid features and analytics.

6. How does lead delivery work?

  • Standard & Lead Accelerator Listings: Leads are delivered directly to your email.
  • Free Listings: No lead delivery is included; visibility only.

7. Can I edit or remove my property listing?

Standard and Lead Accelerator Listings allow up to 3 revisions per month. For additional changes, contact our support team.

8. What information is required for submission?

Submitters must provide:

  • Property/project name
  • Type, location, and unit details
  • Pricing
  • Completion date
  • Images, brochures, and floor plans (optional but recommended)
  • Contact information (Standard and Lead Accelerator only)

9. What payment methods are accepted for Standard and Lead Accelerator Listings?

Payments are processed through PayPal, with options for:

  • One-time monthly payment
  • Recurring subscription (auto-renew until canceled)Multiple projects can be purchased by adjusting quantity at checkout.

10. Can I get a refund?

  • Refunds after 24 hours are not accepted.
  • Refunds within 24 hours incur a 30% deduction.
  • Remaining 70% is refunded within 7 business days.

11. Are my listings visible on Google?

Yes. All Free, Standard, and Lead Accelerator Listings on GoDubai.Estate are indexed by major global search engines, including: Google, Yahoo, Bing, Yandex, DuckDuckGo, and Ecosia. Standard and Lead Accelerator Listings also receive priority SEO optimization, helping them rank faster and gain more visibility across all search platforms.

12. Do I need to be the property owner to submit?

Off-plan and resale projects may be submitted without ownership, but for all other property types, the submitter must be the property owner or legally authorized. A disclaimer in our Terms & Conditions confirms that submitters declare they have the right to list the property.

13. How long does it take for my listing to rank on Google or receive organic visitors?

Based on real SEO statistics for real-estate websites:

  • Indexing: 3–14 days
  • Initial impressions: 1–2 months
  • Meaningful organic traffic: 3–6 months
  • Competitive keyword ranking: 6–12 months

GoDubai.Estate applies fast-indexing SEO to all listings, but final ranking depends on Google.

14. How does GoDubai.Estate help increase impressions and organic visibility?

We apply advanced SEO methods to improve ranking and impressions, including:

  • Optimized H1, H2, and targeted keywords
  • SEO-friendly metadata and structured URLs
  • ALT tags for all images
  • Schema Markup for better indexing
  • Internal linking from high-authority pages
  • Page speed and Core Web Vitals optimization
  • Continuous SEO audits and score improvements

15. Can I manage or update my property data myself? Is there a portal?

Yes. After you subscribe to the Standard or Lead Accelerator Plan, a user account will be generated for you inside the GoDubai CRM. You can log in to this portal to:

  • Edit your project or property information
  • Upload new media (images, brochures, floor plans)
  • Update pricing or availability
  • Track your listing status All updates will be reviewed by our admin team, and once approved, the changes will be published on the website.

GoDubai Estate – Property & Project Submission Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all Developers, Real Estate Companies, Brokers, and Individual Property Owners (β€œSubmitters”) who submit properties or projects for publication on GoDubai.Estate (β€œPlatform”). By submitting any property or project, you agree to the following terms:

Listings may be submitted by developers, real estate agencies, licensed brokers, or individual property owners. By submitting a listing, you confirm that you have the full rights and authorization to publish the property or project information.

Free listings are accepted only for off‑plan projects or ready‑for‑sale and resale properties. They do not include submitter profiles, custom features, digital enhancements, investment statistics, or developer branding. All free submissions must be reviewed and approved by the GoDubai Estate team, and approval is not guaranteed. GoDubai Estate may modify, remove, or decline any free listing at its discretion.

Premium listings include enhanced features such as displaying the submitter’s name or company, contact information, a full developer profile, five‑year project investment statistics, priority placement, enhanced visibility, customized descriptions, and access to tools like the Broker Script Generator. For premium listings submitted by property owners, investment statistics will not be shown, and the content will follow the standardized template provided by GoDubai Estate.

All listings must be submitted through the official form on GoDubai.Estate. After submission, you will receive confirmation and be directed to relevant subscription or payment links if applicable. Listings will be published only after review and, for premium listings, payment confirmation.

Payments for premium listings can be made as a one‑time payment for one month or as a recurring monthly subscription that is automatically billed until cancelled. Recurring payments are deducted from the payment method on file. Submitters with multiple properties may increase the quantity during checkout. Payments are processed through third‑party gateways such as PayPal, and GoDubai Estate does not store card details.

Refunds requested after twenty‑four hours are not accepted. Refunds requested within twenty‑four hours will incur a thirty percent deduction, and the remaining seventy percent will be returned within seven business days. No refunds apply once a listing has been reviewed, published, or customized.

Submitters must provide accurate and truthful information, ensure property ownership or authorized representation, and submit only original, non‑copyrighted materials. They must update GoDubai Estate immediately if property details change or become invalid and accept that GoDubai Estate may edit formatting, grammar, layout, and structure of submitted text.

GoDubai Estate reserves the right to approve or reject any submission, modify listing formats for consistency, remove inaccurate or non‑compliant listings, reorganize listing placement without notice, and refuse service to duplicate or suspicious submitters.

GoDubai Estate is not responsible for the accuracy of information submitted, disputes between buyers, sellers, or agents, or property availability and compliance. Submitters are fully liable for the content they provide.

By submitting any property or project to GoDubai.Estate, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the above Terms and Conditions.
