To protect your investment, we offer a strict, transparent Lead Replacement Guarantee and a Performance Refund Policy.
1. The Lead Replacement Guarantee
Even with our strict dual-verification process (AI + Human check), if a lead slips through our filters and proves to be invalid, we will replace it at no extra cost to your monthly quota.
How to Request a Lead Replacement
Approved (Valid Reasons)
- Invalid Contacts: Disconnected numbers or fake emails.
- B2B / Recruitment: Other agents or job seekers.
- Zero Intent: Denies ever registering.
Denied (Invalid Reasons)
- Contacted after the 6-hour window.
- Lead stopped replying (Ghosting).
- Lead changed their mind or budget.
- Speaks language other than EN/AR.
Log your 3-attempt feedback in the CRM within 7 days.

- 60-Day Performance Guarantee: If you stay active for 60 days and do not close a single deal, we will refund 50% of your last payment (Activity logging in CRM required).
- General Billing: Fees are otherwise non-refundable. You retain access until the end of the billing cycle.

3. How to Submit a Request
All requests must be logged meticulously within your GoDubai CRM. For non-responsive leads, you must attempt contact at least 3 times and log feedback for each attempt before a review.
