Once assigned to your account the lead is yours to follow up and convert, subject to the platform’s Terms & Conditions.

Yes. Each subscription plan includes a published minimum monthly lead delivery benchmark and an overall delivery guarantee; shortfalls trigger replacements or partial credits as specified in the plan terms.

Invalid or proven fake leads are replaced at no cost after support verification. We also offer a No‑Deal Money‑Back Assurance: if you close no deals within 60 days and show verified follow-up activity, you may qualify for a partial refund or credit per our published policy.
